Safe Haven is a welcoming drop-in center for our unhoused neighbors that provides a place where people can rest, have a meal, and access harm reduction materials and basic necessities.
All Safe Haven staff
come from a unique place of understanding,
whether that be recovery, living with mental
illness, or having experienced homelessness
themselves, which allows for an ability to build trust and community through
openness and understanding.
Offering...
Coffee, water, a light breakfast
like granola bars, cereal, or oatmeal,
nonperishable food items, as well
as fresh foods when available.
Basic needs, such as
toiletries, socks, underwear, clothing,
some home goods, sanitizer,
masks, sunscreen, towels, wash
clothes, toilet paper, menstrual
hygiene products and condoms, harm reduction kits with Narcan,
and Fentanyl test kits.
